Varo is an international do-it-yourself (DIY) hand tools and power tools company as it designs, markets and distributes powered and non-powered DIY tools under its own brands: Powerplus, Kreator and Premion, as well as private label products.

The brands focus on the consumer market and are sold through DIY and online stores, while private label is offered through both general retail as well as DIY chains across over 50 countries.

Beside the HQ near Antwerpen, the company runs offices in Spain, Hong-Kong, Australia and a quality centre in Shanghai (China).
